coconut oil or ghee

tahini

coconut sugar

egg or flax egg

vanilla extract

almond flour

dark chocolate
(chopped)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the coconut oil or ghee with the tahini and coconut sugar.
Add the egg, vanilla, and baking powder. Add the flour and stir until incorporated.
Pour the batter into the line pan.
Top with the chocolate chunks.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
To make this vegan, use a flax egg and coconut oil!
