Paleo Chocolate Chip Tahini Blondies

Brownies are one of our favorite desserts. That and chocolate chip cookies. So, we kind of wanted to combine them and came up with paleo chocolate chip tahini blondies! They’re chewy, gooey, and absolutely delicious.

We recently discovered tahini and have noticed a lot of people using it in their recipes. Tahini is like a nut butter but with sesame seeds, so sesame seed butter! After seeing it being used a lot in different recipes on Instagram, we decided to give it shot and test out a couple chocolate chip tahini cookie recipes. We love how it adds a nutty flavor and creamy texture to recipes!

When we decided to make some chocolate chip blondies, we decided to try adding tahini because we love that nutty flavor. We used Lily’s dark chocolate chunks in ours because we felt that it went better with the tahini, but feel free to use any type of chocolate you want! Whenever we bake, we usually use Lily’s because it has no sugar added.

You can also make this recipe vegan by using coconut oil instead of the ghee and a flax egg instead of the egg. We also used almond flour to make this recipe gluten-free and paleo, but whole wheat flour would also work!
