Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the coconut oil with the allulose. Add the eggs and continue beating until incorporated, around 3 minutes.
Stir in the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
Add the almond flour and baking powder. Continue beating until the mixture is fully incorporated.
Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Let it cool down completely before slicing into bars
