No Bake Cherry & Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 packets Timeline Nutrition Berry Powder
  • 3/4 cup Dried tart cherries
  • 3/4 cup Pitted dates (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Sea salt
  • Chocolate chips
  • Shredded coconut for rolling

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except for coconut, in a food processor. Process until well-combined & sticky when pressed together.
  • Form into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll each ball into shredded coconut.
  • Chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
