Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a mug or small ramekin.
Microwave for 2 minutes. It will come right out of the mug or dish easily.
Slice, toast, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
Notes
*Use blanched almond flour if you want your English muffin to turn out white. We used natural almond flour, which is why it turned out so dark.
