Fruity Chocolate Bark

There’s nothing sweeter than chocolate covered fruits (and champagne) for Valentine’s Day! For an easy, healthy sweet treat we decided to make fruity chocolate bark with freeze dried fruits. We kept with the Valentine’s Day theme and used freeze dried strawberries and raspberries, but you can add any freeze dried fruits and even add some nuts!

Lately we’ve been obsessed with Lily’s Chocolate. We love that it’s sugar free, but it still tastes amazing. We picked the Hazelnut Milk Chocolate bar because it’s our current favorite! But all of their chocolates are delicious.
